Vice President of Preconstruction
ReArch Construction is delighted to welcome Kurt Naser as our new Vice President of Preconstruction, effective April 20. Kurt’s arrival marks an important step forward as we continue to invest in leadership, strengthen our capabilities, and expand our impact across the region.
A highly respected Vermont-based construction executive, Kurt brings extensive experience leading preconstruction and cost-estimating efforts. He has overseen teams responsible for everything from early conceptual budgeting to guaranteed maximum price proposals, with expertise in value engineering, constructability reviews, and construction systems analysis—supported by a strong foundation as both a project manager and project engineer.
Kurt is known for his collaborative and strategic approach, working closely with owners and project teams to guide complex projects from concept through completion. His ability to align stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver thoughtful solutions has made him a trusted partner across the industry.
“Kurt brings the kind of preconstruction leadership that sharpens how we plan, collaborate, and deliver for our clients across the Northeast,” said Chris Huston, Executive Vice President. “He’s a natural fit for how we work.”
Beyond his project work, Kurt is an active voice in Vermont’s construction and development community. He regularly speaks at industry conferences, public forums, and legislative sessions on topics including construction costs, housing, and infrastructure planning. His contributions include presentations to Vermont Senate committees and participation in statewide events such as the Vermont Development Conference. In 2025, he was honored as a Vermont Business Magazine Rising Star.
Kurt’s addition supports ReArch’s long-term vision of becoming the premier construction management firm across Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and northwestern Massachusetts. His leadership will play a key role in scaling our preconstruction services and strengthening business development efforts.
Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and lives in Essex Junction, Vermont, with his wife and two boys. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his community as a youth sports coach—supporting soccer, baseball, and skiing—and is a strong advocate for construction careers, frequently speaking with students about opportunities in the industry.
We are excited to have Kurt join the ReArch team and look forward to the expertise, leadership, and energy he brings. Please join us in welcoming Kurt to ReArch Construction.
