ReArch Construction is proud to announce the promotions of Kevin Hemond to Assistant Superintendent and Ted Sheahan to Carpenter! Both have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their craft, a commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Kevin Hemond Promoted to Assistant Superintendent
Kevin joined ReArch Construction as a Carpenter in 2024 and quickly made an impression, earning a promotion to Foreman later that year. Since then, he has continued to distinguish himself through his commitment to quality and safety, attention to detail, proactive approach, and positive attitude.
Most recently, Kevin has played an instrumental role at the Marsh House project, taking ownership of project details and becoming a trusted resource for quality control and field coordination. His leadership has continued to develop as he has stepped in to oversee jobsite operations, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and engineers, and lead Foremen’s meetings.
Kevin’s ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges, communicate effectively, and keep teams moving forward has made him a valuable asset to the project and his colleagues.
In his new role as Assistant Superintendent, Kevin will take on expanded responsibilities in field coordination, scheduling, quality, safety, and project team leadership. We look forward to seeing him continue to grow and make an impact across our projects.

Ted Sheahan Promoted to Carpenter
Ted joined ReArch Construction in 2023 as a Carpenter Apprentice, seeking a rewarding career in the skilled trades after working in sales and food service.
Over the past three years, Ted has embraced every opportunity to learn, building his technical skills while earning a reputation as a dependable, hardworking teammate always willing to take on a challenge.
Along the way, Ted has become known for his impressive skills as a “cut man,” but it’s his growth as a leader that has made an equally strong impression. He has taken newer apprentices under his wing, sharing his knowledge of safe work practices, framing techniques, proper tool use, and the lessons he’s learned through hands-on experience.
His teammates have recognized his growing confidence and leadership, both among fellow apprentices and experienced carpenters.
Ted’s journey from newcomer to the trades to a skilled carpenter already helping train the next generation is a testament to his hard work, determination, and commitment to his craft.
Investing in Our People
At ReArch Construction, we believe that building great projects starts with investing in great people. Creating opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and career advancement is central to our culture.
Kevin and Ted are great examples of what’s possible through hard work, continuous learning, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We’re excited to see what they accomplish next.
Please join us in congratulating Kevin and Ted on their well-deserved promotions!
