We’re excited to celebrate Eric Madison, promoted to Senior Superintendent, and Majken Poley, promoted to Project Manager II—two outstanding leaders whose impact is felt across our jobsites, teams, and client relationships.
Eric Madison Promoted to Senior Superintendent

Eric is known on site as “The Big Deal,” Eric is a consummate professional builder and a leader who tells it straight, sets a high bar, and always has his team’s back. He pushes his crews not for the sake of pressure, but because he genuinely believes in giving people opportunities that stretch them, challenge them, and ultimately help them grow.
This promotion simply formalizes what those in the field have known for more than a decade: Eric is more than a builder. He is a mentor, a coach, and a force who elevates the performance of everyone around him.
Eric’s leadership on the Lebanon City Hall project played a significant role in ReArch being awarded the Lebanon Fire Station project. His outstanding work on our first New Hampshire Charitable Gaming project not only earned us a second, but also showcased his creativity, design-assist problem solving, and ability to build critical relationships. More than once, Eric’s connection with local officials helped clear obstacles and keep projects moving forward.
In his new role as Senior Superintendent, we look forward to seeing Eric expand his mentorship of junior staff, champion our culture of safety, and continue applying his innovation, experience, and relentless standards to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Majken Poley Promoted to Project Manager II

Majken is a fierce, results-driven leader whose mastery of scheduling, cost management, and complex GMP tracking has set a high standard across her projects—most notably Marsh House. Her tools and templates, including the change management log, have strengthened ReArch’s standard operating procedures and improved consistency across teams.
Known for her attention to detail and strong command of every project component, Majken excels at communicating and executing our processes. She has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously while closing out another, all while mentoring junior members of the Project Management team and supporting other PMs navigating GMP work.
Even in challenging circumstances, Majken consistently shows up with professionalism, clarity, and positivity. With full confidence in her abilities, we’re excited to see her take on larger, more complex projects in her new role.
Congratulations to both Eric and Majken on these well-earned advancements. We’re grateful for the leadership, commitment, and excellence you bring to ReArch Construction every day.
