
Estimating Coordinator
We are thrilled to welcome Shannon Spaulding as our new Estimating Coordinator. In this role, Shannon will support the estimating team throughout the preconstruction phase, assisting with project coordination, documentation, and internal communication to help ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction. Her expertise in managing project documentation and coordinating multiple teams will be invaluable in keeping our preconstruction efforts organized and efficient.
Shannon brings experience from her previous role at a national design firm, where she supported project teams and principal architects by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and contributing to early-stage project setup and business development initiatives. Her strong organizational and communication skills make her a key addition to our preconstruction process, helping ensure that projects get off to a strong start.

We are also excited to welcome Jeff Gregory as a Project Manager II. Jeff will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. He will oversee key project components, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, and scheduling, helping drive smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.
Jeff brings extensive experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, and civil construction projects nationwide. He has successfully led projects from excavation through closeout, including high-end residential builds and infrastructure work. Jeff’s expertise in coordinating project teams, managing budgets, and overseeing complex construction processes makes him a strong asset to the ReArch team, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
