ReArch Construction is pleased to welcome Fred Bellucci as Senior Estimator in our South Burlington, Vermont office.
Fred brings more than 35 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, and project management within the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has helped guide projects from concept through construction, providing expertise in budgeting, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, constructability reviews, and project planning.
His background includes leadership roles in estimating and project management, with experience supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, public, and federal projects. Fred has worked on notable facilities throughout the region, including the Killington Ski Resort K1 Lodge, Hypertherm’s Heater Road facility, and Town Hall Theater.
In his role at ReArch, Fred will support preconstruction efforts and collaborate with project teams to help clients make informed decisions and set projects up for success from the earliest stages of planning.
