Estimating Coordinator
Overview
As an Estimating Coordinator, Shannon supports the estimating team throughout the preconstruction phase, assisting with project coordination, documentation, and internal communication to help ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.
Experience
Before joining ReArch, Shannon worked at HGA, a national interdisciplinary design firm, where she served as an Administrative Assistant supporting project teams and multiple principal architects. In that role, she coordinated meetings, managed project documentation, and contributed to early-stage project setup and business development efforts. Her experience working with construction documentation and collaborative teams, combined with her strong organizational and communication skills, makes her a valuable asset to the preconstruction process.
Education
Shannon earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Plymouth State University, with minors in Peace and Social Justice and Women’s Studies. She recently relocated from Virginia to New England and now resides in Winooski, VT. Outside of work, Shannon is a self-described musician at heart who enjoys reading, writing, and community service, as well as spending time on the water rowing, rock climbing, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
