General Superintendent
ReArch Construction is excited to announce that Tom Ploude has joined our team as General Superintendent, based out of our Portsmouth, NH office.
Tom brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with more than two decades dedicated to superintendent leadership. His impressive project portfolio includes multi-family and mixed-use developments, medical facilities, university campuses, and historical renovations throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Prior to joining ReArch, Tom held superintendent and field operations roles at DPR Construction, Commodore Builders, and Fulcrum Associates, where he was recognized for his exceptional planning, his technical expertise, and ability to deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.
Tom studied Construction Management at the Wentworth Institute of Technology and lives in Methuen, MA with his wife, two daughters, and four dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family, BBQing, and relaxing by his backyard pool.
