ReArch Properties is pleased to announce the promotions of Dan Donegan and Scott Zuckerman within our Facilities Management team.
Dan Donegan has been promoted to Director of Facilities Management after 18 years with ReArch Properties. Over the years, Dan has played an important role in the growth of our commercial portfolio, helping secure key property management contracts including Ilsley Public Library, Ben & Jerry’s, and UVMMC Tilley Drive. His experience, professionalism, and practical industry knowledge continue to make a strong impact across the organization.
In his new role, Dan will continue overseeing our commercial and medical office properties while supporting leasing, marketing, and long-term property performance initiatives.
Scott Zuckerman has been promoted to Facilities Manager as he approaches his 10-year anniversary with ReArch Properties. Scott’s attention to detail, strong customer service, and day-to-day operational support have made him a valuable part of the team and an important contributor to client relationships, including our long-standing partnership with Community Health Centers.
As Facilities Manager, Scott will continue helping ensure our properties remain safe, efficient, and well maintained across the portfolio.
