ReArch Construction is pleased to welcome Sara Perry and Kevin Magee to our growing Portsmouth, NH office. Their experience, professionalism, and dedication will further strengthen our team and support our expanding work in the Seacoast region.
We are excited to have Sara Perry join ReArch as an Administrative Assistant, where she will support daily operations, coordinate communications, and help keep the Portsmouth, NH office running smoothly.
Sara comes to ReArch with a strong background in justice studies and public service. She previously worked as a Victim Witness Coordinator for the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office and as a case manager for the Rockingham County Drug Treatment Court Program. Her experience with complex administrative processes and her detail-oriented approach make her a valuable addition to the team.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology & Justice Studies and a Master’s in Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire, and she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law.
We are also pleased to welcome Kevin as our new Director of Preconstruction. In this role, he will lead ReArch’s preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and early-phase project planning.
With over 30 years of experience in preconstruction and cost management, Kevin brings deep industry knowledge and strong leadership to the team. Before joining ReArch, he served as director of cost and project controls for the Cumming Group, where he worked closely with clients and project partners across the region.
Kevin holds degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, and maintains multiple industry credentials, including LEED AP, Lead RRP Certification, and a Massachusetts Supervisor’s License.
