Senior Estimator
Overview
As a Senior Estimator at ReArch Construction, Fred supports preconstruction services by providing accurate budgeting, estimating, and project planning expertise. With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, he works closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and establish a strong foundation for project success. Fred’s extensive background in conceptual estimating, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and constructability reviews allows him to bring valuable insight to projects from the earliest stages of development.
Experience
Fred has held leadership roles in estimating, preconstruction, and project management throughout his career, contributing to a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, public, and federal projects. His experience includes managing estimating and budgeting efforts for projects ranging from $1 million to $40 million in value and supporting annual construction volumes exceeding $30 million. Notable projects he has worked on include the Killington Ski Resort K1 Lodge, Hypertherm’s Heater Road facility, and Town Hall Theater.
Education
Fred earned a Bachelor of Science in Structural Design and Construction Engineering and an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Background
Fred resides in Shoreham, Vermont. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and cycling and spending time outdoors throughout New England.
