ReArch Company is pleased to announce the addition of two talented professionals to our growing team—Adam Bowen as Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator and Mimi Hains as Assistant Project Manager. Their combined preconstruction, design, and project management expertise will strengthen our continued commitment to delivering exceptional projects and client experiences.
Adam Bowen
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Adam Bowen joins ReArch as Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator. In this role, Adam plays a key part in ensuring project success from concept through construction by delivering accurate estimates, detailed planning, and proactive collaboration with project teams.
Before joining ReArch, Adam served as Director of Preconstruction at NEHP, Inc., a leading provider of smart modular product solutions, where he led large-scale, complex preconstruction efforts since 2018. Adam’s deep technical knowledge, combined with his leadership in early-phase project development, brings strategic value to ReArch’s preconstruction services.
Adam holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Mimi Hains
Mimi Hains joins ReArch as an Assistant Project Manager, supporting the construction team through all project phases—from preconstruction to closeout. She assists with managing project documentation, schedules, and budgets, and works closely with superintendents, project managers, and design teams to maintain clear communication and ensure project success.
Mimi brings over 15 years of experience in preconstruction, design, and construction administration. Since 2016, she has worked independently as an interior designer and project manager. Earlier in her career, Mimi served as an Architectural Technologist with EVOQ Architecture, where she supervised 24 active construction sites across 14 remote Inuit villages in Quebec—demonstrating her strong organizational skills and ability to manage diverse and complex projects.
She studied architectural drafting at L’École professionnelle de Saint-Hyacinthe and holds a certificate in Project Management from HEC Montréal.
