Project Description:
The City of Lebanon partnered with ReArch Company to provide construction management services for the successful completion of the City’s new Central Fire Station.
Designed by Lavallee Brensinger Architects, the facility prioritizes safety, efficiency, and long-term resilience. The original 1954 structure was replaced with a modern fire station built to meet the demands of today and the future. The new station features expanded capacity for modern fire apparatus, a dedicated decontamination area, secure controlled access, individualized climate control systems, separate locker rooms, and integrated solar panels. Infrastructure to support electric vehicle charging has also been incorporated.
Strategically located adjacent to Colburn Park, the station serves as a prominent and highly visible civic asset within the community.
Construction began in September 2024 and was completed in early 2026, delivering a state-of-the-art facility that enhances the City of Lebanon’s emergency response capabilities.
