Facilities Supervisor
Overview
As Facilities Supervisor, Steve helps coordinate facilities maintenance activities across ReArch-managed properties, ensuring each property operates safely and efficiently to the high standards our clients expect. A licensed Master Electrician, Steve brings extensive technical expertise and is skilled at quickly assessing a situation’s needs and identifying effective solutions. He also provides guidance and mentorship to Building Technicians, helps coordinate work assignments, and works closely with tenants and owners to keep our facilities in excellent repair.
Experience
Prior to joining ReArch Company, Steve was employed by Omega Electric Construction for more than 21 years. During his time with Omega Electric, Steve provided onsite electrical services at the IBM manufacturing plant located in Essex Junction. He also worked for Omega’s service department, a position that required him to respond to electrical issues across a variety of settings, from commercial to residential.
Education
In addition to obtaining his license as a Master Electrician, Steve has completed a 10-hour OSHA course.
Background
Steve and his wife reside in Essex, Vermont, with their children. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, hiking, and camping with his family.
