Following his graduation from the University of Vermont, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Danylo relocated to the Washington D.C. area where he worked as an estimator. ReArch Company is Selected as the Construction Manager for 30-Unit Housing Project
ReArch Company has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Sykes Mountain Avenue Project located in the White River Junction area. Funding for this 30-unit rental complex is made possible by Twin Pines Housing Trust and Housing Vermont. Upon completion this facility will provide the White River Junction community with new mixed-income housing. Construction is scheduled to being in May of 2018 with completion in May of 2019. G.S. Precision Officially Opens Expansion
On Friday, October 13 Governor Phil Scott attended a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by G.S. Precision to officially open their newly renovated facility. This ceremony marks the completion of a 2 year, multi-phase construction management project for ReArch Company which consisted of two additions and a renovation totaling 34,382 square feet. Completed using New Market Tax Credit and Community Development Block Grant funding this project was as complex in paperwork as it was in construction.
