September 2026 Construction Update

It’s amazing what a few short months can do—the Londonderry Town Hall Expansion is now fully framed!

Since breaking ground in late June, the project has taken shape quickly. With foundation and concrete work largely complete, the team has moved through structural framing and trusses, and the new addition is beginning to look like the building envisioned in the project renderings.

Over the next several weeks, work will focus on roofing and exterior enclosure, bringing the building closer to being weather-tight ahead of winter. Inside, crews will continue wall framing and begin installing door frames, while mechanical and electrical rough-ins get underway.

As we move into late fall, the exterior will continue to transform with brick installation, followed closely by windows. More of the work will then shift indoors as we head into the winter months.

We’re excited by the progress made since June and look forward to sharing the next stages as the new Londonderry School District and Town Administrative Offices continue to take shape.
