This week marks a milestone at ReArch Construction: Johnny Illick, Owner & CEO, is celebrating his 10th anniversary with the company!
Johnny has played a key role in shaping ReArch into the values-driven, people-first organization it is today. After joining the company in 2015 as Business Development Manager, Johnny quickly made his mark—advancing to Vice President of Development before assuming the role of CEO in 2020. That same year, he officially took over ownership from his father, ReArch founder John Illick, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful leadership transition that kept the business in the family and rooted in its founding principles.

Over the past decade, Johnny’s vision and leadership have propelled ReArch forward in remarkable ways. He launched the company’s employee-driven philanthropy program, championed a culture of collaboration, and has worked tirelessly to make ReArch a Best Place to Work. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into new markets and grown into a full-service, vertically integrated firm with over 75 employees and offices across Vermont and New Hampshire.
Johnny’s fearless, approachable leadership style continues to inspire innovation across all areas of the business—from construction management and real estate development to community engagement and team culture. He’s not only building spaces, but also strengthening communities and investing in the people who power ReArch’s success.
Please join us in congratulating Johnny on this incredible 10-year journey and his impact on ReArch, our clients, and our community. We’re excited for all that lies ahead.
Here’s to the next chapter of growth, leadership, and innovation at ReArch Construction!
