Community Involvement and Philanthropy
Building Stronger Communities Together
At ReArch Construction, community involvement and philanthropy are fundamental to who we are and how we do business. Giving back is not an afterthought—it is a core part of our corporate mission and company culture.
Our Commitment to Community Engagement
We believe strong communities are built through active participation. ReArch encourages team members at every level to contribute their time, skills, and leadership to causes that matter locally. Our employees regularly:
- Volunteer with local boards, commissions, and nonprofit organizations
- Support community schools through mentorship and service
- Coach youth sports teams and participate in recreational programs
- Volunteer at food pantries, shelters, and community outreach events
In addition to individual volunteerism, ReArch organizes company-led volunteer events that allow our team to work together in support of impactful local initiatives.
Philanthropy with Purpose
ReArch proudly donates a significant percentage of annual profits to charitable organizations and community partners focused on improving quality of life. Our philanthropic efforts are intentional, transparent, and aligned with our values as a construction and development firm dedicated to long-term community success.
Our giving is structured into three primary categories:
1. Owner-Supported Causes
Charitable organizations and initiatives that our owners personally believe in and have supported for many years.
2. Business & Client-Related Giving
Community investments connected to our clients, project partners, and business development relationships—strengthening both professional and community ties.
3. Employee-Driven Philanthropy
Organizations and causes recommended and supported by ReArch employees, reflecting the passions and values of our team.
Employee-Driven Giving Program
Each year, ReArch sets aside dedicated funding for employee-driven charitable contributions. Employees are encouraged to submit donation requests, which are reviewed through our established submission and selection process. This program empowers our team to make a direct impact in the communities where they live and work.
Building More Than Structures
At ReArch Construction, we believe our responsibility extends beyond the job site. Through community involvement, volunteerism, and strategic philanthropy, we strive to make a lasting, positive impact—helping build stronger communities today and for generations to come.
