ReArch Construction is excited to welcome two new team members: Levi Wetherald, Carpenter, and Ethan Canan, Foreman. Both bring unique skills, strong experience, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship to our growing field team.

Levi Wetherald joined ReArch as a carpenter. A graduate from Vermont State College (formerly Vermont Technical College), Levi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. He comes to ReArch from West River Builders in Weston, VT, where he advanced from carpenter to project manager. His background includes structural and HVAC design and estimating. Levi is a valuable addition to our carpentry team, and when he’s not on the job site, he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee.

Ethan Canan joins us as a foreman, bringing leadership, precision, and deep woodworking expertise to the field. Prior to joining ReArch, Ethan was the Lead Woodworker at Redfield Design in Fletcher, VT, and has also run his own custom furniture design/build studio since 2020. With a BFA in Fine Woodworking and Furniture Design from Northern Vermont University and training from the Vermont Woodworking School, Ethan is known for his attention to detail and hands-on approach. When he’s not overseeing job site operations, he enjoys home renovation projects, working on motorcycles, and spending time with his family.
Please join us in giving Levi and Ethan a warm welcome to ReArch!
