ReArch Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Matt Moulton to Skilled Trades (Self-Perform) Business Manager. Since joining the company in 2022, Matt has proven to be an invaluable member of our team, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
With a sharp eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities and a deep understanding of construction operations, Matt has played a key role in the successful delivery of numerous projects. His dedication and leadership have not only improved project outcomes but also helped enhance the efficiency of our self-perform operations.
In his new role, Matt will oversee our team of carpenters, apprentices, and foremen. He will also take an active role in recruitment as we continue to expand our skilled trades team and project portfolio. His strong communication skills and ability to lead by example make him an ideal fit to guide and grow our self-perform division.
