At ReArch Construction, we take great pride in the growth and development of our team. Today, we’re excited to announce the well-deserved promotions of Sarah LeClair, Trenten Mead, and Ben Scribner, who have each demonstrated dedication, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Sarah LeClair Promoted to Assistant Project Manager
Sarah joined ReArch in 2022 as a Project Engineer, and since then, she has consistently impressed us with her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex project dynamics. As the lead on the NWSWD Drop-Off Center project, Sarah has effectively communicated with subcontractors, owners, and stakeholders, demonstrating a natural ability to lead meetings and manage multiple responsibilities with confidence.
Her performance on projects like 266 College Street, where she supported the team through the kick-off and submittal/RFI stages, has showcased her ability to thrive under pressure. Sarah’s promotion to Assistant Project Manager reflects her hard work, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to the success of every project she touches.

Trenten Mead Promoted to Carpenter
Trenten first joined ReArch Construction as a Field Staff Intern in 2022, then took on the role of Carpenter Apprentice in 2023. Since graduating from the ABC VT/NH’s Commercial Craft Apprenticeship Program, Trenten has continuously honed his craft and proven himself as a standout team member. His dedication to mastering the use of both hand and power tools, along with his strong work ethic, has made him a valuable asset to every project.
His journey from intern to Carpenter is a testament to his growth and the supportive environment here at ReArch. We look forward to watching Trenten continue to excel in his new role!

Ben Scribner Promoted to Superintendent
Ben joined ReArch as a Foreman in 2023, and in a short time, his leadership and construction expertise have made a significant impact. From managing projects like the NH Charitable Gaming project, the temporary fire station in Lebanon, and the Ilsley Public Library, Ben has consistently demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Peers and leaders alike have recognized Ben for his steady leadership, ability to handle tight deadlines, and knack for guiding teams through challenging circumstances. His promotion to Superintendent is a reflection of his outstanding contributions and his potential to lead even bigger projects in the future. Congratulations, Ben!
We are incredibly proud of Sarah, Trenten, and Ben for their promotions and the contributions they’ve made to ReArch Construction. Their dedication to excellence not only strengthens our team but also reinforces the values and culture that make us who we are. Please join us in congratulating them on their well-deserved achievements! We can’t wait to see where their journeys will take them next.
