Assistant Project Manager
ReArch Company is excited to announce the promotion of Nick DeBellis from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager. Since joining our team in 2020, Nick has consistently demonstrated exceptional diligence, attention to detail, and innovative thinking, impacting our projects and team dynamics. His strong communication skills, particularly when working with subcontractors, clients, and design teams in challenging situations, have helped keep key projects like the Northwest Medical Center CT Replacement and CVSWMD on schedule and track.
Nick has also driven improvements in our closeout procedures, introducing a new, more technologically advanced process and Owner O&M package for the OnLogic project, including an in-depth presentation to Ownership. His ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed has been invaluable, especially when navigating complex challenges such as the 33 Granite Street project, which involved Owner scope changes, natural disasters, and staffing transitions.
