Project Description:
ReArch Construction served as the Construction Manager for the reconstruction of a vital Operations Center at a National Ski Resort in Vermont, following the complete loss of the original facility due to fire. Tasked with rebuilding on the original footprint, ReArch delivered a modernized structure that significantly improved functionality while staying within the financial constraints of the insurance settlement.
The revitalized facility features a range of upgrades designed to support the resort’s core operations. The first floor includes new overhead doors that provide direct access to individual workspaces for key departments such as electrical, plumbing, and automotive services. The second floor was designed to house modern office space for the resort’s operations and administrative teams.
A key aspect of the project was the careful integration of the new building with an adjacent, partially rebuilt maintenance shop—an open bay space that remained from previous reconstruction efforts. This required detailed coordination to ensure seamless functionality and aesthetics between the old and new structures.
The project was delivered on time and within budget, and the facility was fully operational ahead of the 2021/2022 ski season.
