Built in collaboration with S2 Architecture, this 73,538-square-foot commercial building features durable brick, pre-cast concrete, and expansive low-emissivity (Low-E) glass, creating a modern, energy-efficient exterior designed for long-term performance.
Reflecting ReArch Construction’s commitment to sustainable construction and eco-friendly architecture, 725 Community Drive is the first LEED-certified building at Technology Park. The project incorporates high-efficiency mechanical systems, recycled construction materials, and an advanced stormwater runoff management system, demonstrating ReArch’s expertise in delivering cutting-edge green building solutions and environmentally responsible commercial developments.
Designed to be as functional as it is visually striking, the interior core features tile and wood finishes, an open floor plan, and abundant natural daylight.
