Senior Facilities Technician
Overview
As Senior Facilities Manager, Tanner oversees the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of all ReArch Properties-managed facilities. He collaborates closely with tenants, property management clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Tanner plays a key role in strategic planning, vendor management, and process improvement, ensuring that all building systems and services meet company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Experience
Before joining ReArch Company, Tanner worked for several years as a Laborer for Chapin Orchards and as a Sales Associate at a Bottle Redemption Center in Essex, VT.
Education
Tanner graduated in June 2022 from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Background
Tanner loves being outdoors, whether in the mountains or at the lake. He enjoys going to the gym to work out and loves spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
