Director of Preconstruction
Overview
As Director of Preconstruction, Kevin leads ReArch Construction’s preconstruction efforts, overseeing estimating, budgeting, and logistical planning for projects across the region. He works closely with clients, design teams, and trade partners to ensure accurate cost modeling, reduce project risk, and deliver exceptional value from concept through construction.
Experience
Kevin brings over 30 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, and project planning with several respected New England general contractors. Prior to joining ReArch Construction, he served as Director of Cost and Project Controls for the Cumming Group, a New York–based international owner’s representative firm. Kevin is recognized for his leadership, industry knowledge, and ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all project stakeholders.
Education
Kevin earned an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He also holds a Massachusetts Supervisor’s License, Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) Certification, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Background
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys camping with his family, supporting his children’s various sports and recreational activities, and working on home construction and renovation projects.
