ReArch Construction Celebrates the Completion of an Important Affordable Housing Development
Eighteen months ago, partners and community members gathered in downtown Waterbury to break ground on Marsh House Apartments. Today, we are proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting and official opening of this important new housing development.
As Construction Manager, ReArch Construction was honored to partner with Downstreet Housing & Community Development, Evernorth, gbA Architecture & Planning, the Town of Waterbury, and many funding partners to bring this vision to life.
Located in the heart of downtown, Marsh House Apartments provides 26 permanently affordable, energy-efficient homes for low- and moderate-income households. The development is designed to support a range of housing needs, including homes for residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities and individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Through partnerships with Upper Valley Services and Good Samaritan Haven, residents will have access to services that support long-term stability and success.
Beyond creating much-needed housing, Marsh House strengthens the community by providing homes within walking distance of schools, jobs, healthcare, shopping, public transportation, and other essential services.
At ReArch, we are proud to build projects that make a lasting difference. Over the past 18 months, our team worked closely with project partners to deliver a high-quality development that will serve Waterbury residents for generations to come.
Most importantly, today is about the people who will call Marsh House home. We are excited to welcome the new residents and celebrate the opportunities this development creates for individuals, families, and the broader community.
Congratulations to Downstreet, Evernorth, the Town of Waterbury, all project partners, and the residents of Marsh House Apartments on this milestone achievement. ReArch Construction is proud to have played a role in bringing this important project to completion.
