Project Manager
Overview
As a Project Manager, Steve leads construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with all project documentation and quality standards. He provides strategic direction and oversight to project teams, working closely with Superintendents, Owners, Design Teams, and Subcontractors to align goals, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes.
Experience
Steve has over 15 years of construction management experience on a wide range of projects. Before joining ReArch, Steve was with the US Citizenship & Immigration Services, where he oversaw the completion of over 30 projects ranging from 5,000 SF to 85,000 SF buildings and led end-to-end project execution. He was responsible for space acquisition and leasing, design and construction oversight, pricing and bid analysis, furniture design and installation, and move coordination across USCIS facilities nationwide.
Education
Steve obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management, followed by a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
Background
Steve lives in Williston, VT with his wife, Lauren, and three kids. Steve is originally from Michigan and met his wife at UofM before moving to Vermont in 2008. When not working, Steve enjoys hiking, snowboarding, cooking, exercising, being active, and watching sports…Go Blue!!!
