Director of Business Development
Overview
As Director of Business Development, Amanda is responsible for expanding ReArch Construction’s presence throughout the New Hampshire and southern Maine market. Based in the Portsmouth and Lebanon offices, she focuses on building strategic relationships, supporting project pursuits, and driving growth through client engagement. Amanda works closely with internal teams and industry partners to identify opportunities, strengthen connections, and position ReArch for continued success in the region.

She has built and managed partnerships across the construction sector and contributed to workforce development initiatives, demonstrating her ability to connect clients, partners, and communities to support long-term growth.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
Background
Amanda lives in Concord, New Hampshire, and is actively involved in her community, serving on several boards, including the City of Concord Planning Board, Plan New Hampshire, and the Boys & Girls Club of Central and Northern NH. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, Alpine and Nordic skiing, gardening, and thrifting.
