This year, we are proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone: James (Jim) Hoag’s 20-year anniversary with ReArch Construction. Two decades of dedication and leadership — and Jim’s impact can be felt across countless projects, teams, and job sites.
As a Senior Superintendent, Jim plays a vital role in bringing ReArch projects to life. From overseeing site operations and quality control to managing phasing, safety, and communication, Jim is the steady presence ensuring every detail aligns with the vision. He works seamlessly with architects, subcontractors, and owners, building trust and maintaining strong relationships that keep projects moving forward and schedules on track. His collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset consistently result in projects delivered to the highest standard.
Since joining ReArch in 2006, Jim has served as Superintendent on an impressive range of projects. Highlights include the corporate headquarters fit-up for Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, the fast-track LEED-certified Community Health Center of Burlington, the historic preservation and redevelopment of the Monadnock Mills in Claremont, NH, and the Winoooski School District project. Each project reflects Jim’s commitment to quality, precision, and respect for both people and place.
Beyond the projects themselves, Jim is known for his calm leadership and deep knowledge. He sets the tone on site, mentors others by example, and embodies the values that define ReArch.
Jim, thank you for 20 incredible years of service, dedication, and excellence. We are grateful for your contributions and proud to have you as part of the ReArch team. Congratulations on this milestone.
