ReArch Construction has once again been named one of Vermont’s Best Places to Work—marking our eighth consecutive year receiving this recognition.
And while eight years is something we’re incredibly proud of, the truth is: we don’t see this as something we’ve achieved—we see it as something we’re still building.
Not just projects. Not just portfolios. But a team. A standard. A way of working that people can rely on.
The idea of a “best place to work” isn’t fixed. It’s not something you define once and carry forward unchanged. It evolves as people grow, as expectations shift, and as we continue to learn what it really means to support one another and do great work together.
That’s what makes this recognition meaningful to us. It reflects the experience of our team right now—not just what we’ve done in the past. And it challenges us to keep asking more of ourselves: How can we be better tomorrow than we are today? How can we continue to raise the bar for what this team can be?
Eight years in, we’re still pushing. Still learning. Still finding new ways to strengthen the culture that makes ReArch what it is.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more energized about where we’re headed.
Thank you to VermontBiz Magazine and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce for bringing this community together and for recognizing the teams behind the work. And congratulations to all of this year’s honorees (complete list here)—we’re proud to be in your company.
