Executive Vice President
ReArch Construction is pleased to announce that Chris Huston has been promoted to Executive Vice President, recognizing his seven years of leadership and significant contributions to the firm’s growth, culture, and preconstruction success.
In his expanded role, Chris will provide firm-wide strategic direction, focusing on preconstruction, business development, and organizational performance. He will continue to work closely with clients and project teams while helping guide ReArch’s continued expansion throughout the region.
Since joining ReArch, Chris has played a central role in shaping the company’s preconstruction approach and strengthening collaboration across teams. Known for his clear communication, steady leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement, he has helped align internal processes with client expectations while supporting consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
“Chris has been instrumental in helping ReArch grow in a thoughtful and sustainable way,” said John Illick, CEO and Owner of ReArch Construction. “He leads by example, and consistently raises the bar for how we serve our clients and support our teams. This promotion reflects both his impact and the confidence we have in his leadership moving forward.”
Chris has led ReArch’s preconstruction efforts for more than six years, building strong relationships with owners, design partners, and project teams. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, accountability, and listening—believing that the best project outcomes come from understanding client goals early and maintaining alignment throughout the entire construction process.
In his new role as Executive Vice President, Chris will focus on strengthening operational consistency across the organization while supporting strategic growth initiatives as ReArch continues to expand its presence across Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and northern Massachusetts. He will also continue to mentor internal teams and help develop the next generation of leaders within the company.
Reflecting on his approach to leadership, Chris shared, “The most successful projects come from truly understanding what clients need, communicating clearly throughout the process, and staying focused on continuous improvement. That mindset has shaped my time at ReArch, and I’m excited to continue building on it in this new role.”
ReArch Construction congratulates Chris on this well-earned promotion and looks forward to his continued leadership in shaping the company’s future.
