On May 5th, the Putney community gathered to mark an exciting milestone—the groundbreaking of the Alice Holway Drive Apartments. This highly anticipated development, a joint effort between Windham & Windsor Housing Trust and Evernorth, is set to bring 25 newly constructed, energy-efficient, and permanently affordable apartments to Putney, Vermont.
The Alice Holway Drive project will consist of two buildings and offer 25 units in total. Five of these apartments will be specifically designated for households at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness, underscoring the project’s commitment to addressing critical housing needs in the region.
