ReArch Properties is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Smith from Facilities Master Electrician to Facilities Supervisor.
For more than ten years, Steve has been a trusted and valued member of ReArch Propertie’s team, earning the respect of his colleagues through his dependability, integrity, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
Throughout his tenure as Facilities Master Electrician, Steve has consistently demonstrated leadership that extends well beyond his technical expertise. He has generously shared his knowledge by mentoring newer technicians, helping coordinate work assignments, and making sure his teammates have the support they need to succeed. Whether responding to an emergency at 3:00 a.m. or stepping up when the team needs an extra hand, Steve is someone his colleagues and clients can count on.
Among Steve’s many contributions, he played a key role in the successful relocation of the electrical room at 530 Community Drive. The complex project required careful planning, close coordination, and extensive technical expertise—qualities Steve brings to his work every day.
In his new role as Facilities Supervisor, Steve will continue to provide the exceptional electrical expertise our team relies on while taking on expanded responsibility for coordinating facilities maintenance activities, mentoring Building Technicians, and helping to ensure the properties we serve operate safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.
