Assistant Project Manager
Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager, Josh plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. He ensures project documentation is maintained and communicated clearly and consistently across all stakeholders. By working closely with the Project Manager, he helps keep projects on schedule through effective coordination between the design team and field operations. His responsibilities include contract administration, submittal reviews, document control, and assisting with change management processes.
Experience
Before joining ReArch, Josh gained valuable experience managing large-scale projects across a variety of market sectors. Most recently, he worked with an industrial construction contractor based in Mulberry, Florida, where he held project management roles on assignments valued up to $20 million. His background reflects a strong understanding of complex construction environments and effective project oversight.
Education
Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He also served as a Logistics Specialist in the United States Air Force, where he developed strong organizational and leadership skills.
Background
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new cuisines, and staying active through hobbies like golfing, riding motorcycles, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.
