This month, we proudly celebrate a significant milestone—Bert DelaBruere, ReArch’s President and Chief Estimator, is marking 20 years with the company!
From the start, Bert has brought unmatched dedication, drive, and pride to his work. His leadership and attention to detail set the tone for excellence across the organization. Whether he’s mentoring a team member or diving deep into a complex estimate, Bert holds himself and those around him to the highest standards—striving always for accuracy, integrity, and exceptional outcomes.
Throughout the years, Bert has played a central role in some of ReArch’s most notable projects, including the Monadnock Mills, the Williston School District, the Winooski School District renovation, the restoration of the historic Billings Library, and the currently under construction 266 College Street. His expertise and commitment have been instrumental in shaping not only the success of these projects but also the company’s overall growth.
“Bert has been a foundational part of ReArch’s success from day one. His work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence have helped define who we are as a company. No one works as hard or is more dedicated to the profession. Bert’s ability to delight the client is unmatched! We are incredibly lucky to have had his steady hand and sharp mind at the helm for the past two decades,” said Johnny Illick, CEO of ReArch Construction.
Bert leads by example—never cutting corners and always pushing for the best results—and his impact resonates throughout the organization. His passion for the work and deep pride in the company shine through in everything he does.
Congratulations, Bert, on 20 outstanding years. We are grateful for your leadership, your loyalty, and the legacy you continue to build every day.
