Overview
As VP of Corporate Development and MEP at ReArch Construction, Britt will drive its growth and expand its regional presence across Southern New Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Leveraging his extensive background in MEP systems, he is actively involved in the preconstruction process to ensure that MEP systems are designed correctly and all considerations are met. During construction, he monitors and oversees the successful installation and commissioning of the systems.

With over 45 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, Britt’s vast expertise spans sales and operations, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems of all sizes and complexities.
With extensive experience in healthcare, life sciences, and educational projects, Britt’s expertise is unmatched. Throughout his career, his credential list has included certifications as a hazardous waste handler, backflow prevention, and refrigeration. He’s also been licensed as a master plumber in New Hampshire and held licenses for well pump and IA Water Operations.
Britt will be instrumental in driving ReArch’s strategic growth in southern New Hampshire, ensuring the company’s expansion is both practical and seamless.
Education
Britt holds an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering from WJC & Lowell Tech and an apprenticeship in plumbing and refrigeration from Local 283.
