ReArch Construction is excited to welcome two new professionals to our growing team: Josh Boisse, an Assistant Project Manager, and Kyle Kotch, a Superintendent. Both bring strong leadership and valuable industry experience that will enhance our project teams and support successful project delivery.
Josh Boisse – Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, Josh plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. He ensures project documentation is maintained and communicated clearly and consistently across all stakeholders. By working closely with the project manager, he helps keep projects on schedule through effective coordination between the design team and field operations. His responsibilities include contract administration, submittal reviews, document control, and assisting with change management processes.
Before joining ReArch, Josh gained valuable experience managing large-scale projects across a variety of market sectors. Most recently, he worked with an industrial construction contractor based in Mulberry, Florida, in a project management role. His background reflects a strong understanding of complex construction environments and effective project oversight.
Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He also served as a Logistics Specialist in the United States Air Force, where he developed strong organizational and leadership skills.
Kyle Kotch – Superintendent
Kyle joins ReArch’s field team as a Superintendent, bringing several years of hands-on construction experience across a variety of roles. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring each project is completed to the highest quality standards.
Prior to joining ReArch, Kyle served as a superintendent with a New Hampshire-based construction firm. His broad project experience and proactive approach to site management make him a strong asset to the team. He is currently supporting work on the Putney School Old Girls Dorm renovation.
Kyle studied Architecture and Management at Keene State College. In addition to his construction background, he brings strong leadership and organizational skills developed through his ongoing service in the Vermont National Guard.
