The St. Albans State Office Building and City Parking Garage project has been an unqualified success, and a portion of that success is attributable to the dedication and hard work of the employees of ReArch Company.

I am not sure how our project could have gone better. I expect you know how rare it is to be able to make that statement.

ReArch’s construction site is clean, organized and safe. They have made a number of proactive decisions for the betterment of the State’s project that we do not see other construction managers make. Job meetings are well organized and a pleasure to attend, they communicate well with all members of the team. Working with ReArch has been a true blessing.

ReArch Company has proven themselves to be a valuable asset on the preconstruction and construction phases of our $10M+ state office complex. Their value management exercises generated real value and cost savings to the City of St. Albans throughout preconstruction and construction. The project has been wonderfully managed, and they have been a great partner to the City of St. Albans on this project.

ReArch has always been out in front of issues. If there is a problem and I call, they already have the options and answers for me.

ReArch was a key partner in the beginning phase of the project before we ever had a budget put together and built the estimate with the Architect. We made a wise choice in selecting ReArch and we are planning to use them on other City projects.
