General Superintendent
Overview
As General Superintendent for ReArch Construction’s Portsmouth, NH office, Tom Ploude brings over 30 years of construction industry experience and more than two decades of superintendent leadership to the team. Tom oversees the daily on-site operations for multiple projects, ensuring that quality, safety, scheduling, and client expectations are met and exceeded. He is known for his strong technical knowledge, proactive planning, and ability to foster positive working relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and owners.
Experience
Before joining ReArch, Tom served in superintendent and field leadership roles at respected firms including DPR Construction, Commodore Builders, and Fulcrum Associates. He has successfully managed a diverse range of projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including multi-family and mixed-use developments, medical facilities, university buildings, and historic renovations. Tom’s hands-on approach and commitment to detail help ensure projects run smoothly from preconstruction through closeout.
Education
Tom studied Construction Management at the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Background
A resident of Methuen, MA, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their four dogs. Outside of work, you’ll often find him golfing, BBQing, relaxing by the backyard pool, or gathering with family and friends.
