Production Foreman
Overview
As a Production Foreman (Division 8 Specialist), Eugene supports ReArch’s self-perform operations with the installation of doors, frames, hardware, and other specialty openings products. With more than 20 years of construction experience, he brings strong field leadership, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project.
Experience
Eugene began his construction career with Bread Loaf Corporation immediately after high school as a laborer and advanced through the ranks to Superintendent, a role he held for the past 10 years. Throughout his career, he has led a variety of successful projects, including the Newport Recreation Center, Middlebury Union High School Cafeteria Renovation, and the Spring Lake Ranch Housing Project. His extensive field experience and collaborative leadership style make him a valuable member of ReArch’s self-perform team.
Education
Eugene’s more than two decades of hands-on construction experience have provided him with a strong foundation in field operations, project coordination, quality control, and team leadership. He continues to expand his expertise through specialized training in Division 8 products and installation.
Background
Eugene lives in Salisbury, Vermont, with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Paisley and Parker. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
