Foreman
Overview
As a Foreman at ReArch Construction, Ethan Canan brings leadership and hands-on expertise to the field, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. With a strong background in woodworking and custom fabrication, Ethan applies his eye for detail and craftsmanship to every phase of construction.
He works closely with both project managers and the site superintendent to coordinate tasks, solve on-site challenges, and maintain momentum throughout each build.
Experience
Ethan joins ReArch with extensive experience in woodworking and custom furniture design. He previously served as Lead Woodworker for Redfield Design in Fletcher, Vermont. Since 2020, he has also operated his own custom furniture design/build studio, developing one-of-a-kind pieces with a focus on craftsmanship and functionality.
Education
Ethan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Woodworking and Furniture Design from Northern Vermont University and studied at the Vermont Woodworking School.
Background
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys renovating his home, maintaining motorcycles, and spending quality time with his family.
