Superintendent
Overview
As a Superintendent, Ben is responsible for the overall management of onsite logistics and team communication. He works closely with the project team, including subcontractors, to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the project lifecycle. Ben is also a key leader in overseeing site safety, ensuring full compliance with ReArch Company’s safety policies and procedures.
In his role, Ben takes the lead in managing all aspects of the job site to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He oversees onsite activities, providing direction and oversight to ensure that the project team and partners maintain a standard of excellence throughout each phase of construction.
Experience
Ben grew up in the construction industry and started out working as a laborer for his father. He most recently worked as a project manager for production housing in South Burlington, where he was responsible for delivering custom carriage homes from groundbreaking to closing in three months. In his previous role, he was the project manager for two light commercial residential twelve-unit condominiums in South Burlington, VT for SD Ireland.
Background
Ben resides in Duxbury, VT where he enjoys spending time with his three children and working on his property. Ben owns and operates a sugarhouse.
