The Wentworth Housing projects blower door test was tied for first out of all the buildings we have tested in New England for air tightness, with an air infiltration rate of 0.0375 CFM50/sf.

ReArch differentiated themselves by the phasing plans they brought to the table before meeting us. The phasing plan made it clear they had done their homework and there was a lot of thought, and the plan made a lot of intuitive sense to us as educators.

ReArch does a great job coordinating their subcontractors, they have a positive relationship with subcontractors which is definitely a big benefit to the owner.

ReArch has always been out in front of issues. If there is a problem and I call, they already have the options and answers for me.

ReArch was a key partner in the beginning phase of the project before we ever had a budget put together and built the estimate with the Architect. We made a wise choice in selecting ReArch and we are planning to use them on other City projects.
