The Town of Warren recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Warren Town Highway Garage, marking an important milestone for the community and its public works operations.
Located on a former gravel pit along Vaughn Brown Road in Warren, Vermont, the new facility is designed to provide the Town with a modern, efficient, and durable headquarters for maintaining roads and supporting essential municipal services year-round.
Designed by Wiemann Lamphere Architects, the project includes a 12,200-square-foot, single-story highway garage with an additional 1,825-square-foot mezzanine. The facility will provide dedicated space for vehicle storage, equipment maintenance, administrative functions, and daily operations. A separate salt shed is also being constructed on-site to support winter road maintenance and improve the Town’s ability to respond to Vermont’s challenging winter conditions.
With construction now underway, ReArch Construction looks forward to delivering a high-quality facility that will support the Town’s infrastructure and operations well into the future.
Stay tuned for project updates as construction progresses.
