Please join us in congratulating Jess Harvey, Jack Kehoe, JT Imming, and Phil Biondo on their well-deserved advancements within the company!
Jess Harvey Promoted to Senior Project Accountant and AP Manager

Since joining ReArch in 2021, Jess Harvey has quickly established herself as an invaluable member of our team. Starting as an accounts payable specialist and compliance coordinator, Jess demonstrated exceptional ability in mastering our complex entity structure and improving accounting processes. Her leadership in refining cost-plus invoicing, reconciling job costs, and championing new systems has been pivotal in enhancing communication, task tracking, and organization across the company.
In her new role as Senior Project Accountant and AP Manager, Jess will work closely with our project management teams to strengthen owner billing, improve subcontractor communication, and ensure efficient coordination that drives successful project completions. We are excited to see Jess continue to build on her accomplishments and take on new challenges in this critical role!
Jack Kehoe Promoted to Assistant Project Manager

Please join us in congratulating Jack Kehoe on his promotion to Assistant Project Manager. Jack joined the project management team in 2023, having transferred from ReArch Properties. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to provide critical support across several projects. Notably, Jack excelled in managing the KUA punch list, warranty, and closeout process, and played an integral role in supporting the Lebanon Fire Station team during a leadership transition.
Jack’s mechanical engineering background and strong attention to detail have been invaluable, particularly in MEP coordination for the fire station project. His ability to communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and support staff has resulted in high-quality, client-delighting projects. We look forward to seeing Jack continue to shine in his new role as assistant project manager and are excited for his future contributions.
JT Imming Promoted to Senior Project Manager

Since joining ReArch in 2021, JT Imming has proven himself to be a leader on numerous high-profile projects, including Adimab, NH Charitable Gaming, Notch Climbing Gym, and the VHB Office Fit-Up. Known for his calm demeanor and personable approach, JT has earned the trust and respect of both clients and colleagues. His technical expertise, combined with his ability to foster strong relationships, has been a key factor in the success of these projects.
Now promoted to Senior Project Manager, JT will continue to lead complex projects while mentoring junior staff and supporting the team’s growth and development. His steady leadership and client-focused approach will continue to be instrumental as he takes on additional responsibilities and drives future successes for ReArch and our clients.
Phil Biondo Promoted to Chief Estimator

We are also thrilled to announce Phil Biondo’s promotion from Senior Estimator to Chief Estimator, effective September 29th. Phil’s journey at ReArch has been marked by a commitment to excellence and an unwavering focus on delivering accurate, high-quality estimates. His strategic thinking, industry insights, and dedication to client satisfaction have played a significant role in strengthening our relationships and ensuring the profitability of our projects.
As Chief Estimator, Phil will lead the estimating team, guide department strategy, and ensure the continued success of this critical function. We are excited to see Phil’s leadership grow as he mentors staff, leads team meetings, and enhances collaboration across our offices.
