With over 25 years of experience in construction management and real estate development, Mike is an industry leader who thrives on transforming and scaling organizations. As Vice President of Construction at The Davis Companies, Mike played a key role in driving growth, increasing revenue, profit, and employee count by 2.5 times. His expertise spans managing large-scale projects, strategic planning, and implementing systems that create long-term business success.
Throughout his career, Mike has developed a proven track record in business development, project oversight, and employee career development. Whether managing a team, navigating complex projects, or driving company-wide strategy, his results speak for themselves.
