Project Manager
Overview
As a Project Manager, Austin leads projects through all phases, from preconstruction to completion. He oversees critical documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, while managing project budgets and schedules to ensure successful delivery. Austin is responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication between the design team and the field, fostering collaboration among all stakeholders. He works closely with superintendents and project teams to deliver a seamless construction experience and exceptional results for every owner.
Experience
Austin brings nearly 10 years of experience in construction and operations oversight, planning, scheduling, estimating and document control. He spent the past five years working in Boston for Mott Macdonald as a Civil Engineer, with oversight on projects exceeding a combined value of $430 million.
Education
Austin earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
